Style 2020Z Graphite Crinkled Tape: Slit and corrugated from high purity industrial grade Minseal flexible graphite, 99% graphite carbon, no filler, no binder material.
Style 2020ZH Graphite Crinkled Tape with Adhesive(PSA) Back: Slit and corrugated from high purity industrial grade Minseal flexible graphite, pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) is applied on one side of the tape as self adhesive backing.
Special Treatments: Standard tapes are supplied without special treatments. Upon request, tapes can be treated with corrosion and oxidation inhibitor.
Applications: Graphite Crinkled Tape can be used as valve stem packing or stuffing box packing in vales and pumps. 2020ZH Tape with PSA Back can also be used form-in-place gasket, thread seal, or other irregular shaped seal/gasket.

2090F Flexible Graphite Die-formed Ring
Die-formed flexible graphite ring is made from high purity homogeneous flexible graphite ribbon, no binders, no fillers.
Main Physical and Chemical Properties:
Carbon Content: 99% Min.; Density: 95 – 100 lb/cu.ft.(1.54 – 1.60 g/cc)
Optional Treatment: Oxidation and corrosion inhibitor
Applications: 2090F Graphite Die-formed Ring can be used as valve stem packing or stuffing box packing in vales and pumps. It can also be used as washer/gasket in other applications where heat or chemical resistant material is required.
